JML was recommended to me as a suitable firm to help me with the renovation of my 1960's house. During the time that I have employed Joe he has more than adequately turned himself to different jobs around the house both inside and out proving his capabilities in adifferent ranges of skills e.g wood working , stone cutting ,plastering etc. However I am especially impressed with his wood working and carpentry skills in which he is qualified and has shown in his ability to help create furniture for my studio. He prepares careful and well presented quotations which he adheres to and his time keeping is excellent. Joe is a pleasant and reliable person and I have no hesitation in warmly recommending him.

Joe and team fixed a leak, replaced floorboards, fitted a new bathroom suite, tiled the room and laid new flooring in our Third Avenue property. The job was performed with the utmost care and attention e.g.tiling, and to a very high standard. We highly recommend JML and will not hesitate to use them again.
