Ordered a bespoke oak staircase in April 2021. Was assured of a July installation but this didn't happen. This was understandable due to covid. After numerous unanswered emails, texts and calls, installation finally started mid-September with assurance that work would be two days in total. Staircase partially installed and then tradesman went to ground and didn't answer calls or emails. Error was made (apparently) with glass order which shouldve taken 11 days and then notice 2 panes were defective once installed, took close to 2 months and then we had to chase and chase with very little response. Final install and finishing was rushed and stairs are noisy when walked on and a stair riser has dropped (was only glued in place). Have called and messaged numerous times to request he comes back to resolve problems but no response at all. This whole thing has been on very expensive headache with a substandard product. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!
