New Look Stairs did an amazing job on my staircase and I couldn't be happier. From the initial consultation to the final installation, they listened to all of my preferences and made sure that every detail was followed as requested. The end result is a stunning staircase that perfectly fits the vision I had in mind. I am so grateful for their effort and understanding throughout the process. Horrendous. Avoid avoid. We didn't deal with these guys direct - our builder sub-contracted with them - and they were a nightmare to deal with. Survey was done incorrectly, absolutely appalling workmanship, took forever for them to come back to fix the poor workmanship - leaving for many weeks a very dangerous staircase - and despite coming back 3 more times after initial 'installation', they still couldn't fix it. Every time they fixed one of the screw ups they manged to cause more problems. In the end we had to get a carpenter in to fix their terrible work (one banister and post were like the leaning tower of pisa, another banister was not level with the floor). Photos are a couple from different times after they came back to do work. After getting an independent carpenter to fix it is all fine but best to avoid these guys as the quality and service is very poor.

Very pleased with my new staircase. Job was completed at the given agreed price. Great quality of work. Highly recommended
