We decided to have some built-in wardrobes in two of our cottage bedrooms to replace large overbearing fre standing pine ones. We wanted to increase the efficiency of storage and make the rooms fel larger and brighter We received really helpful advice and recommendations tailored to what we wanted and were looking for. Once agreed the work was promptly booked in and started on time. The carpenters who came were delightful, professional, tidy and unobtrusive. The work was finished on time to a very high standard. The complete process from the initial discussions to the final bespoke installation was very professional. The team (especially Dan) were very polite, contentious and professional. They sought clarification on any aspects of the build where necessary and modified certain aspects to meet the specific build. The room was always left clean at the end of the day and dust and disruption was kept to a minimum. The end result was fantastic and has given us so much more space. I would certainly recommend them.

I'm so grateful to Oliver Hazael & his team, they have done a wonderful job of designing & creating wardrobes for our master bedroom. Despite the awkward space caused by the position of the chimney, Oliver was able to suggest a layout that made the most of the space without difficulty. Once the plan was approved, a date was given & all possible problems foreseen. The team arrived promptly to set up & the carpenter worked consistently to a very high standard & was a pleasure to have around. The job was wrapped up quicker than expected & out wardrobes are both practical & work beautifully with the architecture of our Georgian home. We couldn't be happier & it is likely that we will brief them on further projects in the near future.

I recently had Oliver Hazael Carpentry build two alcove units, on either side of a stone fireplace. Bookshelves above and cupboards below. From start to finish the whole process was faultless, Oliver, Ruby and Dan (who did all the actual carpentry on site) were extremely friendly and helpful, and it was a real pleasure throughout. The entire build was done in situ, with nothing made in advance, so Dan literally arrived with just the raw materials, (plus a room-full of tools and equipment). Working for many years as a designer myself, I am very probably a hard client to please, being obsessional about every detail, but Dan could not have been more hard-working, obliging or constructive, and his skill and experience plus his willingness to accommodate even the smallest of amendments meant the finished units are a constant pleasure, from both a practical and an aesthetic point of view, and we are delighted with the final result. I couldn't recommend the company more highly, and I am sure we will be using their skills again. Thanks, Oli, Ruby and Dan!
