Paul did an excellent job for us, with great care and with a very professional result. Will be recommending. Fitted a wall side stair rail with mitred ends and nearly invisible plugs. Plus an unplanned gardening job!

Paul refurbished our badly creaking 1970s (dark) iroko staircase in (light) american oak, including replacing 3 x newel posts and all ballaustrades, plus he hung a pair of oak & glass doors. We have engaged many, many, trades people over 25 years of house refurbishments and I can say unequivocally that there are only 2 we would have back, and Paul tops our shortlist. His professionalism, attention to detail, excellent quality workmanship, and cleanliness is second to none. We have no hesitation is recommending him to the world!!

We asked Paul to change our 1960s ranch style bannister to an oak and glass bannister. Paul did an amazing job and we are very pleased with the results. We were very impressed that we did not need to redecorate our hall or even tidy up as Paul is an immaculate worker. He also fitted an additional bannister. The end result is amazing, it has made our hall look bigger and brighter and we would recommend him to anyone.

Paul is absolutely brilliant. He responded very quickly to our enquiry, next minute he was measuring up and provided a very reasonable quote. The quality of Paul’s work is very good because of his attention to detail. He kindly built in some shelving units and hanging rails into our loft wardrobe with a slopping eaves. Turning this into a more usable space. Paul is a genuinely nice person, with a passion for doing a great job. Highly recommend Paul, he’s a skilled craftsman and we will definitely use him again. Paul is a brilliant, trustworthy man. He gave advice and rather than renew he repaired my stairs. Redesigned the layout as the newel posts were out of line. He advised on new spindles and banisters. Totally awesome job done...also important to me I went out each day and left him keys to lock up. He cleaned up each day and was great to see the work progress each day. 110 % pleased with ny staircase, hall and landing.

Paul removed our old timber framed windows to the whole of the front of our house and fitted with new timber framed windows and also replaced our front door. Highly recommended. Good communication, kept to price, flexible with us when our window delivery was delayed and fantastic workmanship. My husband is an Architect and can be hard to please but he was very happy with the quality and finish.

He was meticulous in all he did going above and beyond and I am more than happy with his craftsmanship and the final look of it. It’s perfect. I first met Paul in 2012 when he built me wardrobes to give me much needed storage. I was that impressed with the standard of craftsmanship I knew that when I needed to upgrade my kitchen and ensuite he was the person for the job. He helped me to design and gave his years if experience to ensure I got everything I asked for including my wine cooler. He is neat, tidy, turns up on time.

We have hired Paul for various carpentry work over the last 7/8 years. This has included a built in wardrobe in an awkward bedroom space, making made to measure bifold doors out of oak and glass (we actually brought them with us when we moved house 4 years ago to build back in from open plan) , fitting skirting boards, building cupboards and drawers under stairs and Paul is currently measuring up to replace kitchen cupboards and drawers for a partial redesign to suit our needs. We have no hesitation in recommending Paul, in fact we never consider anyone else. Paul is friendly, professional and trustworthy and his workmanship is outstanding due to his attention to detail.
