Pearce Carpentry came highly recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint. Right from the start, I received excellent and service, enabling me to make an informed decision on whether to replace the complete stairs or the balustrade and cupboard, the type of spindles, glass or fully oak. We went with oak in the end, deciding not to replace the stair, with refitted under-stairs cupboard. Jonathan kept me informed throughout, checking my satisfaction and any queries along the way. They worked with minimal mess and ensured it was clean and tidy at the end of each day. I'm so pleased with the result and I'm hoping he can do some more work for me as soon Covid allows. Thank you.

We have used Pearce Carpentry & Joinery to build many items of furniture in our home over the past few years. Jonathan has built fitted wardrobes, a window seat, panelling, cupboards, a sliding door and several other bespoke items. They always do an amazing job! I would highly recommend them and we will be using them again.

I first had them out to give me a quote on replacing all my upstairs floors and after seeing how professional and polite the 2 Johnathan and dean were I got them to replace our stairs from pine to solid oak and them got them to build and fit fitted wardrobes. All work done I am very pleased with and the workmanship and cleanliness of both is perfect

Jonathan and his Team have created a couple of items for me. In my 19th century home they have made me some bespoke Shutter panels and bespoke dresser and media unit to fit either side of a chimney breast. I am very happy with the workmanship and communication that Jonathan provides. Would highly recommend him.

We asked Jonathan to make and instal some new bookshelves, cupboards and a desk for our home office plus some storage cupboards in one of our spare bedrooms. Whilst encouraging us to communicate how we envisaged the furniture would look he was also ready to share his own vision of the project, which demonstrated that he understood what we wanted to achieve and helped to improve the final product. We had been let down by another carpenter and needed to finish the main parts of the project by Christmas, in order to create enough space for a large family event. He undertook to meet our deadlines and delivered on all his promises, sometimes going out of his way to make additional visits at short notice to finish work that couldn't be completed on the agreed day. The standard of workmanship is very high, and we are extremely pleased by the end result. We would, without hesitation, recommend him.

Earlier this year Jonathan worked with us on designing a floor to ceiling bookcase for our new kitchen/diner area. We were very impressed with the professional service that was provided right from the design through to the installation and fitting. Jonathan made it his job to understand exactly what we wanted, provided us with an agreed date and delivered on date without any delays. We now have the perfect place to house our books. We will certainly be using Jonathan again in the near future for some additional bookcases on our first floor.

Bunk bed for kids absolutely amazing! Kids love the rope at the end to assist climbing. Great design and brilliant executution.
Understairs shoe storage rack very useful.
