Simply Storage provided an excellent service from the initial correspondence to completion of the works. They Contacted me Closer to the install date so that I was informed with what was going on. They turned up on time (bonus points) and with the most cutest dog in the world! Simply Storage is very professional with what they do. They cleaned up after themselves and explained the system. I am very happy with my storage solution and would highly recommend them to anyone!!

I booked in with Rick in January to have a 6 drawer system installed (after many changed ideas, Rick was very helpful in advising me how best to accommodate the space that had challenging dimensions), unfortunately due to CoronaVirus this had to be temporarily delayed to no ones fault. Rick kept me updated with his plan of fitting us back in to a schedule that worked for us both. Rick and his colleague have done a fantastic job of installing our drawer system, they were very clean and tidy in their preparation and finishing up. I would certainly not hesitate to have this system installed again by Simply Storage if I moved to another property with under stairs space!

We contacted various companies for quotes for our under stairs storage. Rick was patient and at no point did he chase me or pressurise me into making a decision. We decided on a date and this had to be changed at the last minute due to the road being laid on our building site. Nothing phased Rick at all and he was very accommodation with us. When he arrived at our house he introduced himself, he was polite, courteous, quick, efficient and extremely tidy! The finished product is stunning and high quality. Rick's customer service has been faultless from start to finish and we couldn't be any happier with our choice of Simply Storage.
