“We were recommended 123 Floor by a friend and they certainly didn't disappoint: the quality of advice, products and customer service that we've experienced was second to none. From the start, the staff were extremely knowledgeable, helping us to chose the right product for the right budget ...and although 123 Floor were not the cheapest we could find on the market, their prices were fair and reflecting the quality of their products. The fitter was as lovely, polite and hard working as the rest of the staff so altogether a very pleasant experience, thank you very much! Highly recommended.”

“Erik laid 450sq ft of 170mm chateau natural in my hallway, living room and kitchen - and the results are beautiful. I am renovating a dark, run-down Victorian basement flat in South East London and the oak flooring has literally transformed it overnight. I was also very pleased with the high-end workmanship, particularly on some tricky steps leading down to my kitchen. What is also great is that most of the boards are long - it is one of the reasons I chose Erik in the first place as most oak floor retailers/fitters seem to offer only smaller lengths. “Recently had a double garage conversion and extension carried out over a 3 month period. So pleased that I made the right choice in selecting KD Hawes in Luton to carry out the laying of my LVT flooring. “Andrew Banks Ltd supplied and fitted engineered wood flooring for our new kitchen/dining/family room. They were fitted over UFH and we are very pleased with the both the look and the warmth they conduct. They also sanded, applied bespoke stain and resealed our oak parquet floor in the hall. It looks like new and has given us the more contemporary look we were wanting.”
