“Jay the entire JC Designers Group were fantastic to work with. My husband and I bought a house that needed a lot of work; we were overwhelmed with all of the design possibilities, the decisions that needed to be made, and the potential of managing a large construction project while both working full time. Jay offered us peace of mind. His dedication to this project was unmatched; not only did he have brilliant ideas and suggestions, he also spent every day (sometimes 12 hours or more!) at our house making sure everything was operating smoothly. There are a lot of unforeseen circumstances that come up during the renovation of a 120 year old house; Jay managed through all of them successfully and kept our stress levels low. “These guys did a great job on our floor. We tore out kitchen island and they wove new hardwood into the area that the old island sat on. They re-sanded the entire hardwood (house is 90% hardwood) and were able to keep the dust to a minimum. We were pleased with the work.”

“I had the opportunity to work with Denver Carpet & Flooring on a recent photo shoot. I was there for "before", "during", and "after" shots. The high level of professionalism and attention to detail that I witnessed was outstanding! They took care of not just the floors, but making sure that the humidity was correct, the newly painted walls were protected, and came up with a solution for the baseboards that saved the homeowners a lot of work. They kept the work area very clean, and were respectful of the homeowners' needs. I would hire them in a heartbeat and wished I had known about them earlier!”

“I have worked with Guys Floor Service ever since I joined Ryland Homes back in 1995 and they have provided flooring, kitchen and bath upgrades for thousands of homes during that time. They are by far the best sub-contractor that we do business with. Not only do they provide our homebuyers with a wonderful experience at their design center they are a pleasure to work with. “Magnus Anderson installed 600 square feet of hickory flooring in my house. They were flexible with the schedule, showed up when they said they would and had good suggestions for improving the look of details. You might find someone cheaper, but it won't be by much and they probably won't do the kind of quality work that Bob and his crew turn out.”
