I know nothing about colors or designing, but Katie was patient and helped me pick out my flooring and it looks great, couldn't be happier. Everything was completed within a couple of weeks even with a delay due to unforeseen circumstances. Russ was the technician who put the floor down and it was a LOT of flooring! He was very meticulous! Very friendly, professional and did a great job. Katie then came back to evaluate the job - she went above and beyond! I am very impressed with the quality of the work and with my overall experience with FCI. Hopefully I won't have to do this again anytime soon but if I had to I would call Katie at FCI!”

In addition to that we had major pet stains in and around the high traffic areas of the rooms. These guys did an amazing job completely refinishing and staining the living room, dining room and hallway.
