Shipping and handling to my secluded location was also carried out perfectly which doesn't happen often in my area of the US. “William Zavala has impressive attention to detail and will make sure the work is done well. We had him do work for us last year (painting and floor refinishing). We found him checking the quality with a flashlight. This year, we asked him to return after we'd had an incident with a pet that had gone unnoticed and we needed a section of floor repaired. He returned and charged us a reasonable fee. Initially the repair didn't look good- he came back out, agreed it wasn't good and re-did the job at his expense. We are moving soon and will certainly call him for any painting and floor work.”
