Very professional and able to salvage a job by others which had gone wrong. The owner of the company was great to work with, a very caring individual who brought in others to help with the work, (one in particular who diligently reset all the nails in the existing flooring). He sets very high standards and delivered the results we expected with a flexible and effective approach to the work. Delivered within the budget and time frames he promised.”

“If Bill can not get your carpet and upholstery clean, no one can. I first meet Bill about five years ago on a project in Sommerset. I had just finished painting the home when Bill arrived to clean the carpets. From my perspective the carpets were past there time and heavily stained, but Bill proved me wrong and got them clean. He even took the time to trim loose divers on the stairs. Bill is a true professional, who not only takes pride in what he does, but he has the experience and expertise to use the right products and techniques for a superior professional clean. I recommended Bill to all my clients and everyone raves at the quality of service he provides.”

“Great service all round. I received a friendly and prompt response to my phone inquiry. Nathan arrived on time and did a terrific job with my soiled, wool blend wall to wall carpet, paying attention to detail and even going the extra mile to help me lift a heavy object not related to the cleaning. Definitely recommended!”

We thought they might be beyond repair, but after Alain was done they looked stunningly beautiful, with a durable finish.
