    “Ivan Passas is a rare thing: a true craftsman and perfectionist who provides his clients a wealth of knowledge at a reasonable cost, within budget and on time. He takes on any job, small or large, with the same enthusiasm and he brings to it a seriousness which makes you feel that your job is the only one that matters. Every year we have to renew the wooden surfaces on our terrace, including expensive teak furniture. Most people simply put on a light coat of teak oil that leaves the furniture grey by the end of the season, but Ivan sanded down all surfaces professionally and applied several coats of teak oil to the furniture and Osmo Oil (German) for the Brazilian Iroko floor and now everything looks like new. He will do the same next year, Yet, in addition I have asked him to do the same thing for my hardwood cherry hand-made kitchen, as well as renew the wooden floors throughout our home. It would be hard to find anyone as good as Ivan , and his side-kick Paul, so he gets my highest recommendation.
