“Central Mass Hardwood did a great job with the repair, staining and refinishing of our floors. Our house had water damage that necessitated the replacement of an area that spanned two rooms. The repair wasn’t noticeable at all once the sanding and new stain was complete, the floors look brand new. The company was professional from scheduling the job to showing up on time and doing what was expected each day. The amount of time expected to complete the work met all expectations, the work itself exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend Central Mass Hardwood. My floors are beautiful!”

“I went to Dover Rug in search for a rug for my living room. I had a very specific rug in mind. Upon entering the store, I found they had one of largest selections I had seen. The saleswoman who approached me was very helpful. She was able to show me exactly what I was looking for. I was amazed how knowledgeable she was not only of rugs but of her entire inventory. She, furthermore, offered to have the rug delivered, free of charge, to my residence so I could see it in place. They brought the rug to my home the very next day, and moved the appropriate furniture so they could lay it down properly. It looked great. I really felt good about my purchase. I was very impressed that I found the perfect rug for the right price with such efficiency.”

“We hired Eco to redo floors in a home we purchased. The floors, while initially installed in 2001, were not in great shape. While other purveyors looked around and gave an estimate, Berj took a lot of time. he measured the space and used a meter to read the levels of moisture under our dishwasher. Based on a high reading (the dishwasher that came with the house leaked), he said we needed to wait a few months to sand and stain. We thus hired him, as he was the most thorough and professional. We loved the choice we made in using his company. He was communicative, courteous, prompt, and professional. The work he did was exceptional. When humid whether (and my request to use to different finishes) caused the work to run over by two days, he worked into the night to complete the project with enough time for it to cure before we moved back into the house. I highly recommend him.”
