“At Studio Spice we worked with Jonathan De Friend to source 400 sq m of flooring and staircase cladding for a large private residential renovation project. We were looking for something contemporary but organic. He found for us a bespoke wall to wall planks solution, using high grade ash, that was engineered in the UK, so with minimal carbon footprint. He liaised between us and the mill, oversaw installation, was excellent in coordinating timelines and installation conditions with the main contractor and made great suggestions for smaller details, such as threshold detailing and position of cuts. He also stayed in touch for a great after sales service and snagging. We will certainly be working with Jonathan again.”

“The team from Caementa laid a Micro Cement floor for me internally and externally. They did an extremely good job - getting a great finish and just as requested. They were tidy, organised and effective. The underlying screed was not perfect, and the contracting builder was somewhat disorganised and scheduled the finished layer before some steels were sunk into the floor, requiring patching of the finished floor. Alex did a great job to disguise the patch as much as possible and make up for the builder's errors. Quality job and effective team.”

The joints were nice and smooth. And you could tell how strong the core was, as from 25 boxes we didn't find a single plank damaged. Floorless Floors had reassured us at purchase that if anything was to appear damaged they would swap, I guess that's how confident they are in the quality of their products. The flooring was very easy to work with, and look fantastic. Really pleased with the overall look of the finished floor. All of this within budget too. The price of the flooring was on par with other retailers, if not better. I would most certainly use Floorless Floorings again and recommend them to all my friends and family.”
