Terrible experience, be careful with their recommendations The sales person over the phone told us to order the only type of underlay they have for LVT. As soon as the product arrived, our builder, plumber AND manufacture of our underfloor heating advised strongly against putting this underlay down. When I raised this with them, they said product would be 'suitable' although it wouldn't be at all energy efficient. They made me paid for the return, even when they sent me something I didn't ask for Their customer service is a joke, it doesn't matter who you speak to, all emails come from the same inbox with no names anywhere, so even if you ask to speak to the manager or escalate the issue with a format complain, it's probably the same person answering. Their return policy said it takes 10 days for a refund to be processed, and of course they waited until the last minute to do so. I'd not recommend this company at all

Unfortunately received a very poor quality LVT flooring from them. Used a professional to fit the flooring who told us that he was not happy to go ahead and use the product as it was brittle and would not click together correctly. Customer service from this company came up with excuses (even asking why builder was dressed warmly in the winter!!) and would not even accept the unopened boxes for a refund when we offered to pay for the return delivery. Would never use again
