Fluffy Flooring supplied and installed water-resistant, wood-effect laminate throughout the ground floor of our house - hall, kitchen, living area, lounge and dining room. We're really pleased with the results. The fitters were very skilled and worked around lots of wonky wall/doorway lines in our 1929 property - not easy to get it all looking so straight and smart. They also trimmed door frames and doors where needed. All very neat. We also appreciated that they respected our timescales, which is extremely important to us as we've had to coordinate various tradesmen (alongside our own efforts) during multiple improvements. When renovating a house, there's nothing worse than dealing with delays and half-finished jobs. Communication was also good, especially with the central office via email/phone. Again, this was very important to us.
