We chose Higherground after visiting their shop where we received exactly the right level of attention and advice. Once we had chosen our flooring and accepted their quotation, planning was quick and efficient and we received a schedule of delivery and fitting to suit our plans. Their fitters were skilled and a pleasure to have in the house. The end result full met our expectations.

We had all the existing ground floor of our house replaced in oak engineered wood. This provided a beautiful smooth surface and the fitters did an excellent job laying it throughout. The work replacing the skirting was also of a high quality. Initially we had some problems with marking of the surface and it was discovered that the wood had not been adequately treated with a protective oil coating. Higherground arranged for a specialist to come around to treat the wood and the surface now looks and stays great.

Higher ground were very helpful when we were choosing the carpets we borrowed many samples and did not feel pressurised to make a decision. The fitters were brilliant having the whole house done was a big job but they talked to us and made it very bearable. I would thoroughly recommend this company and they have always been very pleasant and professional..

Very professional and reliable to work with.It is easy to be lost in the world of options available for flooring but the teams have guided us in right direction.Creative options are limited to catalog as sizes of the planks are fixed on designs, was expecting to see more options to experiment with.

Gerald and his staff gave us excellent advice when we were choosing Carpets. The team were very patient as we changed our minds a few times, however they didn’t try to rush us into a decision. We are very pleased with the look and quality of the carpet. The carpet fitters were very professional and efficient.

We have used Higherground in Camberley to carpet all our top floor as well as lay vinyl and we have been more then satisfied with their work. Always showing up on time,cleaning after the work and keeping us informed of any delays or change of appointment which was very very rare mainly due to us not finishing the house on time

We couldn’t be happier with our new ground floor Amtico, supplied and installed by Higherground. They managed the logistics of preparing, levelling and laying nearly 100 square metres of Amtico right across the ground floor of our house with minimum fuss, and at a very reasonable all-inclusive price. Our house has literally been transformed and both the quality of the product and after-sales has been great. We wont hesitate to have Hvigherground back for the next flooring project in the house. Higherground - Highly recommended!

Dear Gerard, This is just to let you know how pleased we are with our new wood floor, and the service and support we received from Higher Ground throughout the process. From the first visit at the showroom and right through the choice of wood and the site survey, the advisers provided good honest advice and guidance where appropriate, and always gave time to explain any areas of concern or questions about the fitting process etc. We never felt pressurised or rushed, so that we could make sure we were completely happy before proceeding. The quotation and pricing was transparent with no added extras so we knew beforehand exactly what we would be paying for the entire job. During the fitting we were kept fully informed about ongoing plans for the days ahead, and were consulted on any planning adjustments, so we could plan our own lives accordingly around the work being done. The fitters, Steve and Lisa, were excellent : they were always friendly and approachable. They were happy to take out as much time as necessary to discuss any concerns or questions we had. Where there were design decisions to be made during the fitting they always explained the options well (even to the point of cutting examples of both options so we could compare the real thing), and gave their own professional opinion, although we never felt pressured - the final choice was always ours. The standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail was first class - they clearly take pride in their work, and it certainly shows in the finished job. To summarise, we now have a beautiful new floor, and would like to thank everyone at Higher Ground for your excellent customer service and to Steve and Lisa for their first-class fitting work. We certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Higher Ground to anyone else who is considering having a new floor fitted.
