Ivan restored our very tired engineered flooring at a great price and with a wonderful finish. Will definitely use his services again any time that I need flooring, he’s extremely knowledgable, andhas a great work ethic that’s hard to find!

Ivan supplied and fitted new parquet flooring in our living room and refurbished the exisiting parquet floor in the hall. I was concerned they wouldnt match but Ivan reassured me and, the result was perfect . Ivan was a pkesurev to work with . He is a true master of his craft and desserves a 5 star plus

Refurbished the wooden floor in a room which had been covered in carpet for decades in our Victorian house. V professional and did a great job.

Ivan recently installed a wood floor for us. It was tricky job but he is a real craftsman who is also a pleasure to have around. The floor is amazing and I would recommend him to anyone.

Ivan took on a real challenge with our grade 2 listed cottage, and it's wonky walls and uneven floors - and he worked incredibly hard to produce an English oak parquet floor to the kitchen utility, hall and downstairs loo which has been completed with a mastery skill. We have already invited Ivan back for our next project - we would definately recommend.

We are really happy with the floor restoration project Ivan completed in our home in Leyton. He brought the floorboards back to life and has completely transformed our house. He provided helpful advice around colour choices and was quite adaptable when issues arose. He kept us up to date with progress throughout the project to provide reassurance, by sending pictures and with update calls. The project was completed to time and was reasonably priced for the level of work required. Ivan clearly takes pride in his work and we are delighted with the end result.

Ivan completely restored, stained and oiled the pine floors of our Edwardian first floor 'Warner' flat in Walthamstow - 3 rooms and split landing. After we removed carpets, the boards were found to be in a sorry state having been cut through over the years probably for plumbing installations and the like. There were some areas with completely straight cuts perpendicular to the boards from one end of the room to the other. Before going anywhere near a sander, he carried out general repairs, replaced some areas of new yellow board from previous repairs with reclaimed pine and took up boards which had been cut through and re-laid to stagger joints giving a natural pattern flow. This was also done after removing the concrete fireplace hearth - wouldn’t know it was there now. Would recommend Ivan, he is obviously very experienced and takes pride in producing a great results (and actually looks like he enjoys his craft!). He kept the place neat and disposed of site waste daily too. We were working from home at the time up in the loft and were able to work around each other – I learned a bit about wood species and had some interesting conversations too!
