With 25 years of experience Pauls Floors is a family-run flooring company, run by experts Paul & Claire Southworth. We cover (the floors of) Greater Manchester & Cheshire specializing in residential properties - whether this be a new build, extension or simple renovation! We offer an unlimited selection of solid & engineered hardwood flooring, laminate, luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and carpets. Customer service is important to us, we are old-fashioned like that. We want to provide an exceptional experience for all of our clients from the initial consultation, through to the completed installation - fitted by our team! As an alternative, we’re also more than happy for you to come in, browse our samples & order your flooring for your own fitter to install. Call in and see us, we make a lovely cup of coffee!

Excellent advice given and then a lovely mid-priced carpet installed. All fitted neatly and within 3 days of ordering! Paul also came and shaved the bottom of the door (for an extra charge.) Great to have efficient friendly service! Thank you.

Very impressed with Paul's Floors the whole way though our "journey" to our new living room floor. We visited the shop on a busy Saturday morning, and were given excellent advice regarding which flooring would be best for our needs (we had been considering engineered wood, but have a toddler!). Once we decided on Karndean it was easy to arrange for Paul to come out an give us what turned out to be an extremely competitive quote. The screeding and laying of the flooring, again done by Paul himself (with some assistance from his apprentice) was done very professionally and within the predicted time frame with no hitches. We are very pleased with how it looks, and are already planning to get Karndean in our hallway. We won't have to shop around for an installer this time though!

A great service and I'm really pleased with the results. They fitted a wool stair carpet, accommodating a tricky section at the top of the stairs with ease - and parquet tiled flooring in the dining room. They've already confirmed they can extend the dining room flooring when we extend so a big relief to not have to lay the floor twice. I'd highly recommend this company. Many thanks Paul and team.

We recently had Paul and his team in to carpet a new build house that we were moving in to. We found the service in the shop very professional, and we were able to get the carpets fitted quickly and to a really high standard. They were very accommodating with other requests, as we had to coordinate with other furniture being built in. I would highly recommend Pauls Floors.

We had three rooms done by Paul and the team - including LVT, solid wood parquet and engineered wood - and were very pleased with every aspect of their service. They gave us good advice and had patience with our endless indecision; they kept us informed and turned up when they said they would; and, most importantly, did an excellent job of laying our floors. There was one very minor snag, which they came and sorted out promptly. We are delighted with our new floors and would definitely recommend Paul's Floors.

We needed new carpet for our stairs, landing and lounge/dining room. We were very pleased with the service we received, from visiting the showroom to look at and choose samples to completion of the work. We were always dealt with in a friendly but efficient manner, they were able to accommodate our request for fitting as soon as was possible. The carpet fitters did a great job and we're delighted with the end result.

Paul's floors have been excellent from the beginning: helping us choose the type of flooring to fit in with our lifestyle, advising on styles and being flexible with fitting dates for someone who works shifts. The team that came to fit the flooring were polite, friendly and so tidy. The quality of the products are amazing, giving a real high end feel to our home. We will use them again when we are ready to have flooring in the other rooms left to decorate!

Paul and his team were brill. We had a disaster with a burst pipe and needed all downstairs flooring. Carpets, laminate and LVT in the kitchen. The fitters took their time and did a really good job. Thanks for helping with the insurance quotes too.
