Exceptional service and a pleasure to deal with. We had a new lounge carpet installed, Paul and Billy noticed some very minor issues with the wool weave from the supplier. We likely would not have noticed them unless they were pointed out. They arranged to have a replacement fitted a week later and very kindly replaced our old office room carpet with a cut off the original one that had the blemishes on it. Two carpets for the price of one and some extra mats. Will definitely be using them for any further flooring requirements. Highly recommend.
