Taylored Flooring is a family run retailer and installer of specific high quality hardwood flooring that has been serving the Cheshire area since 1998. We import, supply and install natural hardwood flooring & luxury vinyl tiles at competitive prices. Our wood is carefully sourced from companies respectful to the environment. Our comprehensive range includes Engineered Oak flooring & Solid from European producers and bespoke finishes tailored to your requirements. We pride ourselves in our end to end customer service, including appropriate installation of our products and our commitment to customer satisfaction. Chris, and his team, were fantastic throughout the entire process, from wood selection through to installation. When problems were discovered, and work even had to be rescheduled, Chris was both accommodating and presented solutions to the issues at hand. I'll definitely be getting a quote for the upstairs of the house when chance allows.

Extremely happy with the stress free service provided by Chris and John at Taylored Flooring. Polite and punctual with very little disruption and we are more than pleased with the end result ! I would not hesitate to recommend and use them again .

This is the second time I use Taylored Flooring and can recommend it without hesitation. This time they sanded and lacquered three bedrooms and procured and installed engineered oak flooring in the living room and entrance hall. Chris makes the effort to be 'layman' like in his explanations and is very clear about the different options of materials and costs, the problems that might pop up and possible solutions. He has kept every appointment booked and the work has happened as scheduled.

We were so impressed with the service that we have received from this company. Chris was polite, courteous, respectful and arrived on time. He charged us less than the highest quote he gave for the work. He was realistic about what he could achieve and then achieved it. The end result is such an improvement on what was there before. (We had asked him to mend a part of the floor.) We would recommend him.

Chris did a wonderful job of sanding and lacquering our old wooden floor in the hallway. What a fabulous transformation we are so pleased. Chris is very reliable and professional. We highly recommend him.

Thanks to Chris and his team. We have used Taylored Flooring on three occasions now as we have done various rooms in the house. The service and professionalism are exceptional and Chris makes it as stress free as possible and always gives honest advice!

From start to finish, Chris was professional, friendly and honest. Though it took over 12 months for us to sort the first part of the project, Chris never deterred his enthusiasm and advice, and saw it through until the end, going above and beyond in his assistance. The quality of the flooring was second to none and the workmanship of Pete, the fitter, was of the highest standard. Both are perfectionists with a great eye for detail and finishing touches. The cat approved too! We will definitely use for future projects, and recommend to others.
