Due to our extensive stock we can supply our complete range of bamboo flooring and accessories on a next working day delivery basis. We import directly from the factory in China so we miss out the ‘middle man’, which means you can enjoy a better price and service. What is Bamboo? Bamboo is one of the fastest growing plants in the world, therefore making it eco-friendly and sustainable. There are many different species of bamboo, but the type of bamboo that is used for flooring and other manufactured products is called Moso Bamboo. Bad company be warned. Spent over £3000. The bamboo flooring was not fit for purpose with underfloor heating and has shrunk allot. This company hired a expert witness with biased review. They now say the won’t discuss it. Even I have proven them wrong.
Bad company won’t discuss, won’t fix or refund, won’t send a sample for moister testing and won’t answer any questions or proof. The Director has blocked my number. So do not buy from this company as if you have a problem they won’t do anything to help. They will ignore you.

When you originally raised a complaint about your flooring, we appointed an Independent Flooring Expert to assess your floor and confirm the reason behind the problems. The report concludes that there is not a product defect, and the issues have been caused by not following the installation instructions and errors in fitting the floor. The report also advises a solution to your problem, by means of lifting up and re-fitting the floor by following the instructions.

As already mentioned, we will not be communicating any further with you as you have acted in an abusive and threatening way to our staff and company.

Very poor product, not at all long lasting. Within weeks multiple splits started to appear and the response from the company is to pass the book suggesting we have dropped things in these areas (all of them!) and blaming our installer. We thought we were investing in a sustainable product instead we feel that we have wasted nearly £2000 on a product that we are going to have to replace.

We are concerned about your comments. As soon as you mentioned that you had a problem with your flooring, we responded immediately. We both agreed that you would monitor the problem for 4 weeks to see if it got worse. At this point we couldn’t determine why the bamboo had a problem so we arranged for an independent flooring inspector to review your whole floor. The report from the independent flooring inspector clearly states that there is not a product fault. It also highlights the errors within the installation and it identifies how your fitter can resolve the issues at their own cost. Once this work is completed I am sure you will be happy with your flooring for many years to come. As per our conversation on the telephone, if the fitter needs any advice from us or the independent inspector, please do not hesitate to contact us.

A good solid product,,,, looks great and is easy to work with. Its also very forgiving when you make an error. Delivered when they said they would and easy to contact the company should you need to. No hesitation ordering more

We bought bamboo flooring from the Bamboo Flooring company in October 2016, they provided us with plenty of info about their products. Their approached was always very respectful and helpful. As it was my first time buying flooring I was a bit lost with all the info but they were available and supportive, the flooring looks amazing and it was so easy to install. Thanks a lot! It looks fantastic!! Maria

This is the second bamboo floor I have purchased and installed from these guys covering approximately 90sqm. The product was delivered on time and as specified. The product quality was outstanding with no wastage due to damaged edges or surfaces. I will definitely be using this company again as I am currently planning another installation of 60sqm of their product. Great stuff guys keep it going.

I recently purchased parquet flooring planks from the Bamboo Flooring Co. I found the staff to be extremely helpful, courteous and efficient The flooring has not been laid yet as other work is taking much longer than anticipated, however I am very satisfied with the speed of delivery and especially impressed with the fact that the company delayed delivery to accommodate me I highly recommend this company

Very helpful sending out samples which always arrived quickly. Everyone at Bamboo flooring is knowledgeable especially Vaughan who is brilliant. The quality of the product is superb and very well priced compared to similar quality flooring.

Extremely helpful and professional service from start to finish, once we decided on the product through the samples which were provided to us the delivery arrived promptly. The product was high quality and would definitely recommend to others to use Bamboo flooring and would recommend this company when doing so.
