“I needed a new stair carpet and decided to give Hertford Flooring a go since they are a local company. I made the right choice. Neil, arrived on time to get the details of what I wanted and to provide an estimate which I received a week or so later. The fitter that the company sent was polite, efficient, clean and tidy and did a very professional job. I have no hesitation in recommending Hertford Flooring. Note that the company does require a 50% deposit up front for materials, a policy with which I personally have no problem.”
