UK Flooring Direct offered me extra time to exchange my floorboards while I was 28 days into the 30 day returns period, then over the next week they ignored my attempts to contact them; on the rare occasion I received a response it was generic and unhelpful, and I have wasted several hours and hundreds of pounds with this company only to be left with floorboards I cannot use.

LVT Boards started to collapse where gaming chair rolls. Laid according to there directions and using their underlay and tools. Perfect in room with no load. Boards can't handle the weight of. 11 year old boy in a gaming chair . Supplied pictures and explained to customer services and they basically want you to pull the room apparat and send pictures of entire floor .. waste of time and avoid like the plague

Poor customer service and shrugging off all responsibility. 2 1/2 months constant contacting them about the issue, they just say it isn't defective without even seeing it. After 3 years of having the floor, one board in a low traffic area has de-laminated. I can understand if it was where the main walking areas are, or where I sat working, but it isn’t. Although it has a 30 year guarantee so shouldn't really matter if it is a high traffic area. We purchased the product from UK Flooring Direct based on the 30 year guarantee, because it makes the product sound very well build and will stand the test of time. For it to fail within 3 years isn’t great, however with it just being one ‘board’ it has obviously got a defect. Again on this one board, it isn’t one defect which you could expect if something had been dropped on it, it is all along the same edge. As if the bonding of the layers hasn’t happened quite right. All professionally installed with correct gaps, underlay etc.

faulty inferior product, broken and cracked within months of fitting (trying to blame our professional carpenter's fitting skills and 'wrong underlay' - we used the correct underlay as per instructions. Keep removing my trustpilot review aswell. Shocking, DO NOT USE! take it from other customers as well!

I had a similar experience to others. Delivery did not happen and then was asked to wait another month for deliver, not due to a lack of stock but due to them cancelling a contract with their courier and needing to get my stock back! I asked them to send new stock and prioritise me for a delivery and they refused. Annoying that in their website and phone line they talk about 24 hour delivery!!! What a joke. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered 40 cases of engineered wood flooring. Delivery fine but halfway through the job discovered it was two different batches that didn't fit together. After many emails and phonecalls (3 weeks later) told that warehouse could not find batch to match laid floor. FUKD suggestion was to take up laid floor, return it and they would generously replace with a batch that matched the boards we had left over. Explained that finished rooms had been decorated, skirting and beading done and furniture back in.. No compromise. No offer to foot the bill for recovery work.

Ordered flooring to be delivered on an agreed date. Received a text in the morning confirming it was dispatched and a time slot for arrival. Flooring never arrived so I contacted the company to be told it would now not arrive until 5 days later. Asked for a refund as couldn't wait that long as had to put the kitchen back together. I was told I had to wait until the courier had returned jt before they would issue a refund even though I hadn't taken delivery. After a week of waiting i received confirmation of my refund to discover they had kept the delivery charge even though they failed to deliver when agreed. When challenged on this they ignored my emails. Absolutely horrendous customer service, will never use again.

Save yourself a trouble and wasted money and just look anywhere else...SERIOUSLY!! I have complained about the flooring that start cracking, peeling and have visible scratches all over the surface back in November 2017..until now I have no conclusion and the only thing they can do after several reminders to even bother to reply(!) is waste more of your time... Flooring was installed according manual and used in normal small house use - not reason for damages like that... I was asking for the refund as the flooring is marked as Premium with 15YEARS WARRANTY..!! Guess what - of course not even a single proposal for any form of compensation!!! Terrible products (not worth to even mentioned word "quality" here), absolutely disgraceful customer service and the only thing they do care about is the payment done. From that point? Why would they care right??!!

Ordered samples from their website. Now this number keeps on calling me and hanging up when I answer. Googled the number and everyone verifies it is this flooring company, everyone saying they ordered samples and now being harrassed by this company. It's weird and creepy. Stay away - am thinking of escalating if they call again. This is harassment.
