The worktop you ordered was a rustic grade therefore , you should expect knots that will be filled with wood fillers
Its Only the back side of the Worktop (this side will not be visible after installation) will have more knots and wood fillers than the front side.
We apologies the worktop didn’t met your expectations.
We can confirm full refund was made immediately after we received the worktop back to our warehouse.
