David Payne Carpets was born in November 1993 when David decided he wanted to start his own business. As a young but well established company we strive to provide an all round service from beginning to end. That is the reason why, since its inception, David Payne Carpets has been growing steadily and twice we have had to move premises in order to accommodate our growth. This growth has been mainly been attributed to David’s determination to offer the widest range of products in order to assure our customers that, whatever your budget, whatever your vision for your home, we can always find you flooring to suit. But we cannot build a business just with great products and extremely competitive prices. Our aim is to serve our customers, whether it is for residential or for contract work, with professionalism and honesty in order to guide them in the selection of the appropriate type of flooring and accessories considering their specific needs and budgets. However, good products, competitive pricing and professional customer service alone would not be sufficient if our installation service did not match our promises. For maximum customer satisfaction, a quality installation is required in order to fulfil our customer’s expectations. In order to achieve this, we follow the recommended practices and guidelines of the National Institute of Carpet and Floor Layers (NICF). Our team of fitters is headed by Mr Richard Arnold a fully qualified fitter with over 28 years experience. The best advice we can give our customers to make sure they get what they want is to spend some time in our showroom where you will be able to get free advice and ideas.
