“One year on from the completion of our single-storey side-return extension (approx 58m2) including internal work. We now have a much improved well-insulated house with underfloor heating to the whole of the new extension. A large kitchen/dining area has been created with a large roof lantern over the island in the kitchen. Plus a super downstairs shower room with W/C and separate utility room with futuristic touch-screen boiler and electric flat opening roof above. Additionally we had a chimney breast removed from one of the bedrooms above. We are extremely pleased both with the high standard of work and attention to detail. I have been planning to get a loft conversion for many years now and me my wife worked hard And saved just to able to achieve this massive goal in our lives.
