“Millar Howard were our architects on our project to build what we have called 'The Gillyflower'; a rammed earth sound proofed and very beautiful, sustainable wedding and events venue. From the very early stages of this project (before we even knew what the business was going to be).. MHW worked with us on feasibility, planning, creative ideas, design and administrated the contract with our excellent builders, JR Building LTD. We couldn't be more happy with the level of service we got and they often went beyond the limits of our brief to ensure that we ended up with what is now a very popular, impressive and stunning building perfectly sitting in the landscape. “After speaking to a friend of mine about wanting an extention on my house, they recommended Jack to me and I am so glad I contacted him! Jack was so easy to work with right from the beginning, he was polite, professional and any details i didn't understand he would happily explain to me making me feel comfortable and confident with the whole process. “We instructed David to obtain planning permission for a two story extension we needed due to our kids getting older and needing their own space. David came back to us with drawings quickly which we approved and were submitted to the council. They initially came back with objections which we weren't happy with and David built a case to object to them. They quickly came back with an approval, how we wanted the build after David presented evidence as why they couldn't impose the conditions. We are very happy with What David has done for us and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, prompt and thorough architect. Thanks David”
