“Jeff came to have a look at few projects that we had in our new house; we were able to carry through with two projects (wardrobe sliding doors and pantry sliding doors). “Without a doubt the installed wardrobes and cupboards are fully worthy of a 5* review. From the moment of the first visit to the end fitted result, we are over the moon. The design, the cost and the timely speed to be on site and fitted was brilliant. We live in a static houseboat on the river Thames and storage is at a premium. “Highest recommendation indeed! Alper is an honorable man capable of delivering excellent work. I am an architect. Alper has built bespoke joinery for my own house as well as houses in excess £100K worth of joinery alone. He delivers excellent quality parallel to some of the world renowned names in the furniture at a reasonable cost. Listen to his advice and give him the time that he needs for delivery and you won't be disappointed. We'll be working with him for year to come”

“When does something as practical as a bit of storage evolve not just into a piece of furniture but into our very own unique work of art. This was the process we went through with Jake. The amount of time and care he took in ensuring everything was spot on was admirable. It took a while to appreciate that it wasn’t just about building something practical but that it was to be “designed” and this is where Jake really excelled. If I’m honest, we were slightly overwhelmed by the options but in the end we left a number of decisions up to him to make in the knowledge that we knew it would look fantastic. From a brushed steel finger gap around the cupboard doors to staining the oak worktops with the same oil as our oak floor, the end result is striking whilst thankfully being as practical as we need it!”

“Cameron's team at London Alcove fitted built-in cupboards either side of the chimney breast in our living room. Not only were they a delight to work with, but the units have transformed the room. They gave me excellent guidance as to what sort of colour and style would work best (the opposite of what I had in mind), and the job was finished to a high standard with impressive attention to detail. If they noticed something wasn't quite right, that I couldn't even see, they took it back to the workshop and replaced it. Although this added a couple of weeks to the project it was no inconvenience and I knew it meant I was getting the best product. There were no hidden expenses and the team were very reliable, pleasant and never left a mess. I would use them again without a doubt.”

“Jo designed and installed a new kitchen for me, as well as transforming a closet into a utility closet. His work is impeccable - he has a very fine eye for detail and his finishings are beautiful. One of my favourite touches is the drawer fronts in my new larder cupboard - he cut them out of one piece of oak so the grain runs across all six fronts. Gorgeous! Jo worked to budget, on time, and is meticulously neat and tidy. I highly recommend him. The only thing he needs to do is to commission a 'Jensen Bespoke' plate to fit to his custom designs!!!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Neatsmith from start to finish once choosing my bespoke wardrobe. I went to the showroom in London, which is quite big and gives an idea of the products they make. The staff members were very friendly and particularly helpful. The lady was taking care of my order by providing various options and discussing it with me. We had to change the sketch several times and she was always happy to do that and to great standards. The wardrobe was made without any delays as promised. The lady from the office was very helpful in setting the fitting time and answering any queries I had. She also did a brilliant job in organising the fitting day, which took one day and I am very pleased about it. The fitter came on time and took care of covering the flat from dust and making sure that everything is protected. He worked long that day and did a brilliant job. The wardrobes finish was perfect, every detail and corner was finished thoroughly. He cleaned everything before he left and it seemed that the wardrobe was always there. I would definitely recommend Neatsmith as their customer service is excellent, communication with the customer is exceptionally efficient and quick and each of the employees was willing to go the extra mile to make the wardrobe I will be happy with. Thank you very much!”
