“Thomson Properties undertook a total refurbishment of a large bathroom. The work commenced and completed exactly to the schedule agreed prior to order. Their technicians were excellent; always on time, quiet, respectful and cleaned up at the end of each working day. Jamie Thomson checked the progress of the work regularly and asked during each of his visits if we were satisfied. During the course of the work the technician suggested minor alterations to the design which were practical and an improvement to the proposed layout. We had a very minor issue occur in the period before Christmas which I expected would not be resolved until after the holiday but I was very pleasantly surprised when Jamie phoned to discuss the issue he sent a technician within an hour to attend to the matter. The final cost was as agreed initially with one minor item of extra work which had been discussed and instructed during the work. We are very pleased with the standard of workmanship. We have no hesitation in recommending Thomson Properties.”

“As part of a major refurbishment project, we were re-fitting a family bathroom and ensuite shower room, and creating a new shower/clockroom. Cranleigh Bathrooms provided a full design service for us - their ideas were creative and they worked with us to find quality products within our budget. They were significantly cheaper than other suppliers were approached. Rebecca's product knowledge was first class but what made Cranleigh Bathrooms stand out was the level of customer service - both pre-and post sales - nothing was too much trouble. I particularly liked the fact they came to measure the rooms and checked for existing services before starting the design work, as well as being comfortable working off architect's plans for the new room.”

“Medina Construction LTD were extremely professional and considerate builders. We are so pleased with the outcome of our work (we had a new bathroom installed in January 2019). “I cannot recommend Les highly enough. From the first meeting when we discussed our requirements, where Les provided invaluable advice and offered professional opinion, through to completion of the job we were kept fully informed and consulted on any issues that cropped up. The job was a complete refit of a downstairs bathroom and involved substantial preparatory work including re-siting waste and all pipe-work. Les arrived punctually each day and dedicated himself entirely to the job. Each evening he made sure everything was safe and tidy before he left His attention to detail is first class and we now have a beautiful, modern, immaculately finished shower-room. A true craftsman who takes real pride in his work. Thoroughly recommended.”
