“I was recommended this firm to carry out renovation of my 2 bedroom maisonette which required updating. The scope included demolition of existing kitchen, bathroom and removal of flooring and ceilings. New pipework was installed following the relocation of the boiler and changes in the bathroom from having a bathtub to walk in shower. the toilet was also repositioned which required changes to the waste pipework. The walls and ceiling in every room and hallway was re-plastered to a very high standard. The painting was carried out with attention to detail with lines done immaculately. The kitchen installation was carried out expertly with minor corner voids covered in a very professional way. The wall tiling in the kitchen and bathroom flooring was completed perfectly with not even a sign of snags or misalignment. All ceiling downlights were installed in all rooms without affecting the plastered finishing. The flooring and skirting installation was done with recommended underlay assisting with noise proofing. They also recommended insulating the roof space to assist with heat retention. Throughout the process, communication was key to a successful project with options being provided transparently. I would recommend to anyone who requires either major work or minor maintenance as their standards are of the highest quality. Their operatives are very professional and clean up after their work. The experience for me was made easy due to the professionalism of this very capable firm. Top marks!”

“The most efficient and friendly staff, highly professional team that can execute your kitchen dreams and desires to an exact specification! The expertise that the team had from the inception with the detailed drawings with great design ideas and 3D visuals created by Sonya, and the level of detail from the installation manager Avtar who was on site during the process and the complete knowledge of every aspect of a kitchen from appliances, accessories, colour schemes and materials and the utilization of space from the directors Ajit and Sukh gave us clear confidence in their work and passion for the job and service provided. They were extremely personable, warm, friendly and charming and a complete joy to have been serviced by. The finished product has been complimented by every guest and is now clearly the highlight of our home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great quality kitchen with fantastic service to go with it! Our family thank you Design Abode for realising our dream kitchen. One happy customer!”

“I have used Chris and his team at R.A.S Construction for several 'full service' projects (covering refurbishment, extending, plumbing, re-wiring etc) - each time the work and service has been exceptional. We received a detailed, competitive quote and the work was completed on-time to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation recommending them or using again. “It is with huge pleasure that we provide a high recommendation for Paragon. They added a master bedroom, en-suite, walk in cupboard, loft conversation and rear extension to our existing home. From the beginning we felt very comfortable with Paragon's approach. They really listened to our brief and provided excellent advice. The final design was outstanding. The management of the design, consent, contract and construction process was seamless and stress-free with clear instructions from the team at Paragon and very little effort required from us. “Ash Builders refurbished my house in June 2018. From start to finish I received the most excellent service. Slim’s knowledge of the building trade and refurbishments was extremely insightful, helping me make good decisions on what I could have in my home. The work was carried out by Slim and his sons in the time frame arranged and was done efficiently with minimum disruption. A hard task when internal walls were being knocked down. They were clean, tidy and friendly. No job was too big or small for them, even when I changed my mind! I would 100% recommend Ash Builders for their above excellent work. My home is everything I wanted it to be and more.”

“Hurlingham Developments were instructed to complete our entire 3 storey home renovation. This involved total refurbishment and renovation of our 6 bedroom property and garden. We chose Andy and his team as he was honest and reliable and got back to me on all our requests. This was a big job and wasnt without its hurdles. Andy project managed the whole build was on site regularly and informed us ahead of time should projects be delayed. If you want a reliable builder, who is happy to give impartial advice and get the job done choose Hurlingham. We are now using Andy's team to paint our interior walls and windows.”

“I was recommended to Clearly renovations by an AV contractor that I was considering using for the complete rebuild and refurbishment of my apartment. The job was not without it's problems as the flat is a lateral development situated over two clothes shops on a very busy market street that trades 7 days a week ( and obviously had to continue trading throughout,unhindered ) it's also in a conservation area with all the added pressures that ensued. From day one I found Jeremy and his team helpful and conscientious .There were a myriad of problems that manifested over the project but all were handled with professionalism and aplomb. I have been back in the apartment a year now and again the few snagging problems have been sorted out with minimum fuss.I could not recommend this company more highly and would certainly use them again.”
