“My husband and I used Vaidas for our house refurbishment and extension project in Hatfield a couple of years ago. We were very pleased with his services and approach from start to finish. He obtained planning permission, dealt with building control and also supervised the construction on site. He was always easy to reach and was always patient and helpful in guiding us through our first project with the many questions that we had. I can thoroughly recommend Vaidas to everyone (and have done in the past) for their architectural needs. We've had plenty of compliments about our house and especially about our open plan kitchen and living room which opens to the garden from people visiting and I have always referred them to Vaidas. “Yihyi has helped our family on a couple of occasions, and both have gone so well that we intend to get her involved in a third project. We can't recommend her highly enough. She helped my brother turn a two bed one bath flat into a three bed two bath flat, creating a great family home from a small space, with flair and care - but without a huge budget. A couple of years later, she has helped me update my loft space and create a living and sleeping space that we absolutely love, and also reworked my bathroom, shower room and small toilet - all of which I love. If you get the chance to hire her - do it!”

“CATO creative have designed and project management our house refurbishment. They've literally done everything for us and have designed a fantastic family home that considers everybody including the cats. Right from the start the level of creativity and imagination has they have shown has been fantastic. I never imagined that we've have fairground lights in the loo, a metal staircase to the loft and a gloss red staircase in the hallway - We have! Throughout the process they involved us fully in the fun bits and left us out of all the hard work. They took care of all the planning and permissions required to start the works. To find a builder the team completed a tender for us helping us appoint the right contractor. During the build they managed everybody making sure it all happened at the right time. Hopefully the photographs will be shared soon.”

“Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. We would definitely use them again for future work.”

“Brosh Architects did an extension and complete home renovation for our semi-detached 3 (now 4) bedroom house in NW London. The level of artistic style, stunning design and bespoke comfort that Lior and his company managed to eke out of our originally very poorly built hovel is just plain incredible - every day since it feels like we've moved into something that would make Grand Designs envious that they didn't follow our project. We now have a spacious, beautiful kitchen as the heart of our home, a gorgeous, tall. full glass-backed extension with spacious roof (without blocking the neighbours right to light) with sunshine entering from all directions, a luxuriously spaced entertainment deck and 2 washrooms that are elegant, comfortable and sumptuous, All aspects were thoroughly thought through and integrated into our plans. Everything about working with Brosh Architects was a delight and a pleasure. The design phase was handled well with a deft balance of structural integrity, architectural vision and, most importantly, our comfort and needs all put together into a very reasonably priced proposal. The company worked with us and helped us through the entire process - the inevitable back and forth with planning (none of it due to Brosh Architect's designs by the way), the on-point selection presented of all the items that elevated the interior and exterior (nothing cheap and cheerful, nothing overpriced - just beautiful, good quality items to complement and enhance the design) and then the ongoing communication and holding-to-task inspection of the work of our chosen contractors and builders, including some inevitable changes where we decided on a few tweaks. It is possible to get architectural firms that ask for a cheaper rate and to get a bog-standard McCube of a house with no inspired design or peace of mind over any aspect of the process or work being done , and it's sometimes possible to be charged several times more than Brosh Architect's rate and still not end up with what you want because you're just another customer with a faceless firm (I've got friends and neighbours who've been through both). Since the architect's fees are relatively small compared to the rest of the work, it's important that you get this choice right (I truly believe Brosh Architects ended up saving us the equivalent of their fees several times over in unwanted and unexpected builders costs with their oversight and contractor inspections). We have gone through this process with absolute peace of mind and we love our house - our friends who saved on these upfront costs haven't had the same experience. The end result is that we have a home that is not just perfectly suited to us, a space who's dimensions just feel right but also a house that is stylish and elegant and has appreciated in value way more than the investment was (as confirmed by several agents we've invited along since).”

“VC Design was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. Veronica submitted the planning application and we have now received our approval - a job very well done.”
