“Under Luke's supervision the builders did an excellent job in my penthouse, that is in Grade II Listed building, which included a refurb of the whole place, replacement of the upstairs bathroom and the downstairs toilet, replacement of carpeting throughout, installation of two 2m high vertical brass radiators in the living room, as well as fitting a chandelier under 18' tall ceiling in the living room. “I selected Christian's company to replace the flooring in our loft apartment in a 200 year old building in the old Woolwich Arsenal. From the start he was extremely helpful, had good ideas and provided samples. They ripped up the old flooring to find a disaster beneath with lots of logistical problems, miles out of level, different levels, lack of insulation, plumbing issues etc. . Nothing seemed beyond them and the guys on site were always there early and left when it made sense to rather than on the dot. They solved every problem and laid a truly beautiful solid wood floor with a tiled area in the kitchen. We were absolutely delighted with the outcome which is now totally in keeping with its surrounding's, and the curved join between kitchen and living area was all Christian's idea and perfectly executed.
