“Despite a minor weather delay caused by Storm Claudia, the team communicated clearly and handled the situation professionally, delivering the project on time and within the agreed budget. The fit and finish have been exceptional — we have received numerous compliments on our multi-functional garden room, affectionately known as “The Hideaway.” The space heats up quickly, and the smart heating system, controlled via a convenient app, retains warmth effectively. The soundproofing is excellent, creating a quiet, peaceful environment. Throughout the build, the builders were respectful of our property and the surrounding area. We remain very satisfied with the overall quality and finish. Communication was prompt and clear, and the team demonstrated a thorough understanding of our requirements. Patrick and his team also provided helpful design advice, ensuring the space perfectly met our needs. The pricing was fair and transparent, and we felt we received excellent value for the quality delivered. “Paul and Andy just completed a project for us in Merton Surrey. A garden room that we'll use as a home office and family room. Paul was really helpful in guiding us towards a design that we were happy with and really good at keeping us updated on progress throughout the project. Andy and his build team were very helpful and professional and were on hand every day. The end product was amazing, and we were both really impressed and happy we went into the garden room. It was perfect and just what we were expecting so I'd definitely recommend Paul and Andy and their company for similar projects.”

“my inspiration was to create a sheltered area is part of the garden. i wanted a minimal construction i had quote form other who were more expensive. we together cleverly future proofed the veranda by adding steels so it can be glazed at a later date. the instal install went well. the fitters were friendly & tidy and completed the veranda on time. they kept me informed throughout the process. i ham happy with results. not cheap but value for money.”
