“i3 undertook a bespoke project to design and build our garden wellness pod in our small SW London Garden. The pod provided storage for bicycles as well as providing a space that was then subsequently fitted out by a sauna specialist as an authentic finish sauna. From the outset i3 were incredibly proactive in thinking through the big picture design, the detailed look and feel as well as basic functional requirements. i3 were incredibly responsive to our requests and were extremely client focussed. For the build itself, the contractors were incredibly professional, responded to our requests and finished the job to a high finish with minimal snagging.”

Bathstone have also provided an exceptional after sales service. We had a minor problem with the main door to the office and they returned several times to resolve the issue. When the door could not be straightforwardly adjusted it was simply replaced.
