“We used Pecasa for an 8m x 5m flat roof garden room and I would happily have Patrick back tomorrow. We went into this knowing it wasn't a simple project. Sloping site, screw pile foundations, a building that had to work as an office, a media room and a gym all at once, and a fair bit of coordination between our designer, building control and the trades. Patrick handled all of it calmly and never made a problem feel like our problem. When something needed solving, he came with a solution rather than a list of reasons why it couldn't be done. The team he brought with him were outstanding. Skilled, hard working, unbelievably tidy, and a genuinely good people! They clearly take pride in their work and it shows in the bits nobody would ever see as much as the bits you do. My wife, kids, dog and I all felt completely at ease with them on site from day one which is not something you can say about every crew. On top of that Patrick and his entire team are straightforward, reliable and easy to deal with, which counts for an enormous amount when someone is working in your garden for weeks on end.
