“Blueprint provided us with a superb service. A perfect combination of down to earth, friendly and an exceptionally professional team. All aspects of our Architectural drawings and planning permission were taken care of by the team and we were kept up to date at all times of the progress of the job and application. Blueprint were also able to advise on adaptions to our ideas for the extension that would make it easier to get approval which proved invaluable! I am very thankful for the wonderful service we received and the stress that was taken out of the process. I would happily hire Blueprint again and will gladly recommend them to friends and family.”

“The attention to detail within all of Arcteck Designs drawings, be they feasibility proposals, planning applications or building regulation plans are second to none. I have found them to provide aesthetically pleasing but also economically practical drawings which have gone on to become successful finished projects. Their detailed knowledge of construction materials, techniques and workmanship has helped us to gain the necessary local authority approvals with very little intervention or modification required from planning or building control.”

“John is a model professional that comes across honest and with a will to help. We had a situation that required reasearch into the building regulations for a garden office and John delt with the council on our behalf getting us clarity and also a solution that saved us time and money. Couldn't reccommend John enough as your first port of call no matter where you are in the country as he did this all remotely for us due to the current covid situation.”

“Simon the owner of Devlin Architects is not an ordinary square box Architect. He designs really cool concepts taking your vision to reality. He is very professional yet friendly. He is organised and things like drawings, invoices etc are all version controlled etc. I had needs for a wheelchair user and he made my extension a dream come true. There were changes, tweaks and nothing was too much. My only reason for 4stars is Project Management. This isn't always clear from the package so clarify expectations. Equally I am a control freak so may have involved myself more than needed. Simon's ideas are awesome but remember cool designs can stretch budget - so be clear on your priority as Simon will help you achieve it.”

“Sally Wetherell was initially recommended to us by a well respected local builder. He said that she was meticulous, creative, efficient and great to work with. We certainly found all this and more to be true. We live in a Victorian Gothic Rectory and wanted the extension we dreamed of. Sally exuded a genuine empathy and confidence for our project. Any changes or concerns we had were dealt with swiftly and with a depth of understanding that made the whole process a pleasure. She was always approachable and reliable. We greatly appreciated how transparent and upfront she was with her costings: A Schedule of Fee’s was drawn up and itemised in stages so there were no hidden costs or surprises. Planning Permission was a genuine concern but Sally knew how to deal with potentially tricky issues and got our plans through with ease. We have future plans for further development of the Rectory and without hesitation will be asking Sally for her professional help and guidance.”
