Carron also offered invaluable advice on how to minimise damage to the walls during the tenancy by removing extraneous shelves that were causing undue pressure on the plaster. The walls had suffered some wear and tear over the last few years and she made good all cracks and imperfections before painting so that they looked like new after she had finished.
