Ada & Ina - Natural Curtain and Upholstery Fabrics

I'm a great fan of their products and a loyal customer. However, I put in an order in August 2020 when one item was out of stock. I wasn't given a delivery date and had to chase. Each month the delivery date did not come through, no-one from the company contacted me, each time I had to chase. Email response time was good. Fair enough they had a problem with the supplier in what has been a tricky year. But four months... The last straw for me was when I decided to give up on the order that was out of stock and collect the rest. I received a really opaque email, saying they couldn't send me the rest of the order until January when new stock was in. It did not make sense, as the other items were in stock. I had to ring several times to find an explanation. The upshot is a good product, but poor customer service when dealing with challenging times. Disappointed not to receive any acknowledgement from the team, I have been patient but there has been no give and take. So have expressed me here.

A client introduced me to Ada & Ina fabrics in Nov 14. Their reasonably priced gentle-coloured linens are very attractive and make up beautifully into all manner of soft furnishings. I have used the upholstery-weighted fabric successfully on several occasions to make washable loose covers for customers' chairs and find the heavier-weighted fabric particularly suited to roman blinds, the softer more for curtains. The team are very helpful and go out of their way to ensure you have the information you need - checking for colours/stock/pattern drift whilst I waited on the 'phone - and always returning calls and emails by return.

Ada & Ina provided us with 5 free samples which is a great help when deciding and choosing fabrics. They were a good size and gave a good representation of the colour and quality of fabric. We ended up ordering fabric to make window seat cushions. The quality and thread of the linen was very high, making a very smart upholstery project. The fabric arrived quickly and trade accounts are also available which is a great help. I would definitely recommend to any one in the future.
