do not honor their commitments. I bought some blinds and the insurance they offer for "wrong size" in case issues and ability to exchange. They don't want to honor their commitment. Not a great company to buy from.

Blinds to go I’ve always been very informative, very high customer service and generally on a whole easy to deal with. Always recommend them and would certainly use again

I ordered five pairs of maid to measure curtains and they are excellent really happy with the quality. They did not come with any spare clips though but after speaking with online chat they sent me some out free of charge very quickly. Thanks so much for the great customer service.

I purchased some PerfectFIT Essence Venetian Blinds in Matt white last year for my conservatory and absolutely love them and so easy to assemble. I recently damaged one of the corners and contacted Blinds 2go to enquire if I could purchase one of the corners, I spoke with ‘Asad Khan’ who was so helpful and very quick to respond who then ordered me some replacement corners, brilliant customer service, and thank you again, one satisfied customer and will definitely purchase again in the future.

We have blinds fitted throughout when we purchased our house. They are great quality and look nice. One of the mechanisms broke. The agent online was able to trace the original order, find and send a replacement part within the next few days, covered under their 5 year guarantee. Great customer service and helpful staff
