“Not only did Spiffy Spools produce a beautiful roman shade for me, but they provided excellent customer service. I had originally order my shade with a ribbon border, this is a significant up charge. Their designers didn't think the color and pattern layout matched with the ribbon. They carefully laid it all out and emailed me photos so I could make an informed decision. I choose to leave it off. They fully credited me for the border. The shade is significantly better without it and I am so glad they spoke up. Upon install they quickly responded to my emails with questions and were always friendly! I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.”

I contacted ARCO for the task of replacing some existing sash and casement windows with new, double glazing ones for a property in a Conservation Area, therefore, the quality and the perfect reproduction of the original details was a must. The quote was clearly set out and promptly sent after carrying out the initial site visit. Although it was a complicated task, with peculiar details, slimline glazing and different paint colours externally and internally, ARCO did an amazing job, completing the work on time and to budget. You know how it is when people are super professional but also kind of friendly too, well yeah, those guys are like that. Me and my wife decided that we really wanted a retractable awning for our patio so we could spend more time outside without getting burned to a crisp. We chose RA Ultra Luxe in the end (even though the other options were nice too) and man, we couldn't be any happier!
