“Rapid Response. Very Knowledgeable, friendly with lots of options to choose from....which they brought all TO ME! I didn't have to leave the house! “I Had two sheers cleaned by Aria On Site, one a little over 8ft, the other a little over 4ft. Phil from Aria did an awesome job. Took around an hour from start to finish, my sheers of roughly 30 years old looked like new when finished. I was so pleased with Aria's workmanship I ordered 2 sheer duettes for my double front doors without getting a second or third estimate which I have never done when hiring a company to do any work for me. Measure the window accurately to ensure the curtains are the right size and length, considering whether you prefer floor-length or sill-length curtains. Select curtain fabrics based on light-blocking abilities, durability, and ease of cleaning.
In general, your curtains width should be double the width of your windows. For length, this depends on if you want floor length, sill length curtains or below sill. For sill length curtains, they should sit 1cm above the windowsill. Below length curtains generally sit around 15cm under the sill. For floor length curtains, ensure there is at least a 1cm gap between them and the floor. If your window has a radiator underneath it, the curtains should stop around 2-3cm above the radiator to avoid heat being absorbed by the curtain.
Simply measure from where you want your blinds to start (the rail), to where you want your blinds to finish. Add 10-15 cms to this to prevent light bleed. To ensure your blinds fit correctly, take measurements at 3 equal points across your window and use the longest size.
