“I researched drapery workrooms in the Cypress area, and several came up. Originally, I was attracted to Katy Drapery Co. because the contact person advised me that their schedule was full and he could not take on more work at the time. So? This guy was willing to give up business to satisfy the deadlines of his current customers? Excellent! Months later, I finally settled on a fabric and finalized my plans. Katy Drapery was the source I called. Jason was easy to talk to, energetic, and knowledgeable. He asked questions for clarification on several details, and made sketches to confirm. When the job was completed, I dropped by (very easy to get to on the new Grand Parkway) to pick up my new things, and I was delighted to meet the pros in the back room, the hands-on guys who make it happen. They were rightfully proud of their product. I certainly feel I got my money's worth! They made my dream come true!”

“Linda was very helpful and went beyond what a customer would expect for assistance with blinds. She brought white curtains with small tension rods (did not mark my newly painted widow wood) to protect me my privacy until the blinds arrived. She was personable and caring. I really needed her reassurances with changes happening in my life. I appreciated her genuine help with all my needs. Gentleman who put up blinds took off shoes and adjusted each blind as I critiqued the placement. thank you”

“Chris M. was the designer that came to out house. She listened to our needs. Between my husband and me she was able to show us window treatments that fit both the need and visual appeal. 7 windows needed treatment, and we selected faux wood blinds and the cordless UV shades w/ dual pull downs. The installer came out a couple weeks later, since you do have to allow for ship time. He worked very accurately ensuring level and clean lines. When the service was complete it made a huge difference on the house. I firmly don't believe we would have gotten the same catering to if we had used a general home improvement store. The blinds work perfectly with our wood floors and cabinetry. The price was better than expected too! They even extended a discount for law enforcement officers. We look to contact Chris and their again for our future window treatment needs.”

“I recommend Bottom Dollar blinds because of his customer service. I would rather pay a little more for the customer service than save a dollar for poor customer service. I was looking for someone who would size my blinds, but after quite a few blind companies and going physically going to them. I decided to do the google and start calling. I called Bottom Dollar and spoke to Slade Miller and not only was he nice over the phone, but couldn't do the job, so he recommended me to someone who would. For that kind of service, I will go back to him and rate a 10.”

Measure the window accurately to ensure the curtains are the right size and length, considering whether you prefer floor-length or sill-length curtains. In general, your curtains width should be double the width of your windows. For length, this depends on if you want floor length, sill length curtains or below sill.
