From the very first time I stepped into the shop the customer service was excellent, didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. We spent time finding material together (on several occasions) that would be suitable and sending off for swatches of materials was no problem at all. Then from coming to measure up, making my curtains and fitting them all went to plan, the time and effort Paige and her team put in was outstanding. Even coming back after a few weeks of the curtains settling in to perfect them was amazing. Everything was thought about so well even down to the tiniest off things. We used Risby Taylor Interiors to have loose sofa and chair covers made for our three piece suite. Paige was so helpful throughout the whole process and we are so pleased with the covers, made by her loose cover maker Carol, which fit perfectly and are of an extremely high quality with attention to detail. We were so pleased with the result that we had our dining chairs reupholstered. Again, delighted with the results and service we had.

Our 50 year old Ercol Dining chairs were looking their age, not so much the actual chairs but the seat cushions. My husband and I went to Risby Taylor Interiors as we had used them before to recover a headboard for our bedroom and had been very pleased with that. The lady in the shop was so helpful and knowledgeable about the various fabrics we could use. We chose 5 different types of fabric and had samples sent to our home. Once we could see them against our chairs in the Dining room it didn't take long to choose our favourite. Risby Taylor gave us a time frame as to how long it would take to make the covers and the new seat padding and I am pleased to say they were ready before time. The covers have made such a difference to the chairs and the room. They have been beautifully made and make the chairs look as good as new. We can highly recommend Risby Taylor Interiors and I would not hesitate to use tham again. The next thing on my list is curtains!

We ordered faux wood Venetian blinds for all the windows in our 2-bedroom apartment from this company and they completed the fitting, too. The communication was great and we love the quality of these beautiful blinds. The fitting was perfectly done, too. Won’t hesitate to use them again!

Having told Paige what we wanted various material samples came through the post which were absolutely spot on. We decided on the material for our curtains and then Paige and Richard came to measure our window and decisions were made about the curtain pole. Every step of the way we found them helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. When the day came to install the curtain pole and the curtains everything went smoothly and we are delighted with the end result and the service we received. The service and attention to detail provided by Risby Taylor Interiors was incredible. How they managed to pull off such a fantastic service during a pandemic is nothing but astonishing. I did not think it possible to be able to view such a range of fabrics and have such support all while being completely covid safe. Paige discussed every little detail with me when I needed her to. She wasn’t at all pushy and just supported me through my thinking and my needs. She even indulged me in having tiny cushions made for the children’s chairs and got the proportions exactly right even though I was vague and useless! Then when it came to measuring we had the pleasure of both Paige and Richard - what a fabulous and hard working couple! Richard worked so efficiently. I was amazed how easy he made it all look! I was so impressed and would recommend them above anyone else I’ve ever used. I can’t thank them enough, the curtains utterly transform the room. They enhance our botanical/colonial theme and give a luxurious look and feel. They did so well I recommended them to my mother, and she is having them fit curtains for her now.
