We were aware of Sue Whimster through industry contacts but were loyal to our current curtain maker. It was only when our current supplier retired we contacted Sue and her team. My mistake was not doing this far sooner. Sue and her team are incredibly professional, the service from start to finish is first class, the cost point competitive but the finish far beyond any I have encountered in 11 years. Sue has a large enough team to accommodate multiple orders from not least ourselves but industry colleagues. You don’t need to think when using Sue and her team, it will always be what you want and perfection! We have been working with Sue and her fantastic team since we started, the experience has always been fantastic. Working with us to ensure we have happy clients with beautiful curtains, blinds and soft furnishing. Their knowledge has been vital on a number of projects where we have needed to solve a particular issue. Should a problem arise, it has always been addressed quickly. Sue is an inspiration! Sue gave some fantastic advice about curtain design, suggested fabrics which she thought I'd like and delivered beautifully made, huggable curtains with pom poms, beads and trimmings. Gorgeous!

Sue and her team have provided window dressings for my projects many times. On every occasion, the results have been immaculate and surpassed expectations.
