The staff were very polite and punctual and efficient. The first fitting was not satisfactory, mainly because we had not realised that the shutters would not fold flat against the wall. However, this was not perceived as a problem by the Shutter Shop and the shutters were refitted and now look perfect! Very pleased and would recommend highly!
