“We employed Simon having come across the firm in my role as a local council solicitor. We were not disappointed. We wanted a new porch, loft conversion and new integral garden room/ conservatory. Simon listened to our ideas and designed a layout has provided us with beautiful living space. He guided us through the planning process so that our planning application was supported by the council within the 8 week timeframe. He met every deadline and did so in a professional yet relaxed manner. Further support and advice was provided as we appointed a builder and Charles Blake kept a helpful eye as the project went ahead, Everything went just as smoothly and on schedule. Can't thank CBA enough, best decision we made.”

“We have just received planning permission for our internal reconfiguration which Simon has designed for us. He visited us on several occasions and helped us to see the potential in our property exploring all the options available. Together we talked through how we want to use the house and we have used every pocket of space to reach that potential. Simon has been friendly and accommodating throughout and he has kept in touch regularly. He talked us through the planning process and kept us updated whilst successfully securing planning permission. “Jonathan Braddick was hired by the client to design a block of eleven luxury apartments for construction by the sea in Exmouth. He produced a design that was innovative and specific to client requirements. Whilst providing the brief for eleven apartments, the completed building very cleverly seems to resemble the original large Edwardian building that was replaced so as to blend with the area and not to give the appearance of an overpowering block of flats. A traditional external feel has been achieved, incorporating modern internal features, thus creating a certain "wow" factor without a "wow" cost ! Jonathan was found by the client to also have a very high degree of "in depth" knowledge in the contractual side of the construction industry, and his professional approach, attention to detail, reliability and competent way of dealing with the development provides the certain ability to be able to recommend his services to others. Jonathan was found to be highly professional, knowledgeable, competent, trustworthy, likeable, a pleasure to work with; moreover and of importance to the client always delivered services on budget !”
