Do Not under any circumstances use this business. From beginning to end it has been a string of broken promises. Was originally advised they had a cancelled order available at a special price with various inclusions that weren't standard. When it arrived it was a completely different shape, size and style and arrived without the roofing. After numerous calls and broken promised I eventually received a partial refund and agreed to accept the incorrect cabin. The roof shingles have been promised for delivery for the last 2 months but have never arrived. Finally I have been promised a refund of the value of the shingles although as of today this has still not been forthcoming. I have made at least 30 calls and sent numerous text messages and emails to the proprietor Ian Sayward who always promises but never delivers. I wish I had never entered in to this process and researched the other reviews before purchasing as it has been a painful process from beginning to end. Have had a Gazebo delivered and installed by these people, but very late and they have failed to deliver the side parts I had ordered and paid for. The guy promises to come then never does. He has now put a block on my phone calls, telling me I can not make International calls. Do not trust this guy

Ian seemed like a helpful person at first. That is until we made our payment. Once the payment was made he started telling lies and false promises started. He ignored most our communication and told us that his texts have stopped working on his phone and he can not send or receive emails. I was shouted by him when I called him to ask about yet another delayed delivery. We ordered our Cabin and Pool package three months ago. Yes, he did deliver some most parts by now (all of them very late), but there are still packages missing and no arrangements for installation that was originally to be done within four weeks of purchase. He did not contact us unless we chased him and when we finally got to speak to him he gave us more lies. To start with he told us that he is always there to help and he works seven days a week. Once we paid him, he verbally abuse me when I sent him a text message on Sunday to ask about yet another delayed delivery. I placed an order for a Log cabin which was due to be delivered within four weeks. Six weeks later and no delivery or contact from this company. They failed to respond to emails, online messages and answerphone service. I have now cancelled the order and await a refund. Log cabin has now been ordered from TUIN who have a much more professional approach to customer service.
