I have just had my old,timber decking replaced by Fitrite with their UPVC product. The whole experience was exceptional and I am totally satisfied and delighted with the end result. From the start,when Arran Dricoll called,carried out the initial survey and quoted the price,everything ran so smoothly. A start date and completion date were stated and carried out to the letter. The two guys who did the job, Will and Lee were superb in terms of skill,attitude punctuality and technical information and suggestions. They also left everything clean and tidy upon completion. I should also mention the Head Office whom I phoned a few times. I think it was Julie to whom I spoke and It was so refreshing to be dealt with so efficiently and by such a helpful and friendly person at the other end of the line. All in all,as stated,a totally satisfying experience. Thank you Fitrite. Regards, Tony and Pauline Ware.

After years of painting and painting, my wooden decking i decided to contact fitrite to replace my decking with the latest product. Aaron the sales manager came to my home and after seeing the product and his professional approach, i orded my new walnut coloured decking. A few weeks later 2 fitters arrived and completely renovated my old decking, wow what a difference, a very professional job from start to finnish, highly recomended, now i can sit back and enjoy my b/coke, cheers.

The office we're very efficient on the telephone dealing with my enquiry very promptly. The guy came from the company and explained all our options in detail. We choose our decking and arranged a date for fitting and we are exceptionally pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend this company

We had a decking area completed in the back garden. The decking was excellent but by the next year the surrounds of the base plates were breaking up. Eventually after four or five site visits and months of waiting and ringing we were told that they had not been suitable and replaced. I was very unhappy with after sales service

The company was very professional from start to finish. The decking looks great and I can't wait for the summer so that I can sit out on it. All the people involved were very polite and friendly. The decking was expensive and I will only know over time if it is of high quality once it has been used.
